Scott Harrison

Scott Harrison was born on March 9, 1926, in Indianapolis, Indiana, his father, Leonard, was 34 and his mother, Helga, was 27. He had one brother Vance and in Rye his family lived on Thistle Lane. Scott was a Rye High School Graduate, Class of 1944.

He enlisted and served in the U.S. Army during World War II.


After the war he attended Syracuse Universuty and majored in Forestry.

Scott worked as Recreational Planner, US Forest Service for many years in Alaska, including on a report that can be found online abt Nancy Lake published in 1967.

He died May 17, 1977 in Anchorage, Alaska.
